FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT DO I WEAR?
We recommend you wear athletic shorts, athletic shoes and socks, and any t-shirt. When you check in, you will be receiving a t-shirt for the event to wear (and keep!). Please remember that Florida is very hot and humid, so long pants or jeans are not advisable. Sunscreen and a hat are advisable in the sunny Swamp.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You will need to bring your instrument, a lyre, flip folder and the music printed off from the Music Folder on this website. If you do not have access to an instrument or any other necessities please email for help. Sunscreen and hats are strongly recommended for the sunny Swamp.
WHAT CAN MY PARENTS DO?
Your parents can attend the game and watch you play in the stands! They can also come on the tours with you in the morning if you show up earlier. They can also explore the city or otherwise and come back to pick you up after the game.
Sunscreen and hats are strongly recommended for the sunny Swamp. (starting to see a pattern?)
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN FOOD?
We will provide a pre-game brunch during check-in and water/Gatorade will be provided throughout the game. There will be opportunities for concessions once in the stadium.
